该研究首先利用HPLC-MS技术检测出川西獐牙菜中龙胆苦苷、芒果苷、獐牙菜苷和异荭草苷四种目标化合物主要存在于正丁醇萃取部位中，然后利用HSCCC和Sephadex LH-20技术成功分离得到了四种高纯度目标化合物。所用方法简单、高效、不存在样品死吸附问题。
