党的十七大提出科学发展观，为我们开展新时期统计工作指明了方向，如何解放思想，勇于创新，用新的统计方法准确、及时、全面反映农村现状，更好地为农村社会和经济发展服务，这是农村统计迫切需要研究和探索的课题。多年来，在农村抽样调查的实践中，认识到多目标复合抽样调查方法作为一种行之有效的调查方式，值得研究与探讨。
统计培训是指组织统计从业人员对统计及相关的知识、技能、标准进行信息传递和管理训诫的行为。统计培训无疑是提高统计人员综合素质并保障统计资料的准确性和及时性的重要手段。然而，由于各种原因，造成统计培训效果不尽如人意，难以达到预期的目的。本文就统计培训谈些感想。
