为研究近红外光谱分析技术在鉴别烟叶产地中的可行性,以云南8个不同产地的880个烟叶样品为基础,通过TQ analyst分析软件的定性分析方法建立预测各烟叶产地的近红外模型,并应用该模型对100个烟叶样品进行了实际产地预测.结果显示,上述方法建立的预测模型对云南烟叶产地的鉴别准确率达90%.研究表明,应用近红外光谱分析方法对烟叶产地的鉴定是一种有效、准确和快捷的方法.
