为何农村医生工作不满意？——工作收入、医患关系和工作满意度的实证研究

本文立足中国县级公立医院和乡镇卫生院医生的调研数据，利用递归方程系统(RMP)研究了工作收入和压患关系对农村医生工作满意度的影响。实证结果发现，工作收入和医患关系对农村医生工作满意度有正向影响，并且医患关系存在较强的内生性。进一步研究发现，工作收入、医患关系对乡镇卫生院医生的影响力度都明显大于县级公立医院的医生。与低职称的医生相比，高职称的医生对工作收入更为敏感；而低职称的医生对于医患关系的敏感度...
