明清赣南地区庙学建设地位的提升

庙学是古代城市的重要建设项目之一。明清时期,随着孔庙建筑规制及祭祀制度的重新确定,应封建社会君主专制和科考活动的需求,赣南地区庙学的建设地位有大幅提升,经历了一个规模扩张、规格提升、基址转占城区要点的过程。这一情况与相应地区文峰塔的修建一起,在一定程度上造成了城市景观的结构性变化。
以率先面临产业转型和空间约束的深圳为例,以产业、空间、交通为主线,判断港城关系正由成熟期向停滞期过渡,认为港城关系存在产业互动减弱、空间布局冲突、岸线用地争夺矛盾等问题,指出港城发展由注重量向关注质转变。最后制定了功能提升、空间优化、配套完善的协调策略:港口功能向航运、贸易、金融和服务业等高附加值产业链环节延伸,增加与城市产业关联性;港口布局由西重东轻逐步向保东优西转变,促进西部港区与前海中心空间...
