研究环境信息披露可以从多个角度进行，选取双元合法性这一视角剖析企业披露行为的动机及引起的后果。通过梳理现有文献的环境信息测量方式与披露动因，构建基于政府合法性和市场合法性两个维度的环境信息披露2×2整合框架，并分析了四个象限的可能后果。在此基础上对环境信息披露的未来研究方向进行了展望。
