了解新入职规范化培训护士工作环境感知现状并探讨其影响因素。方法 采用方便抽样方法,选取2016年9月—2018年5月青岛市某三级甲等医院300名新入职规范化培训护士作为调查对象,运用一般资料调查表、中文版护士工作环境感知量表对研究对象进行问卷调查。根据资料特征采用两独立样本t检验、单因素方差分析和多元线性回归分析进行统计学分析。

本文以公立二甲综合性医院LH医院为例，把关键绩效指标引入医院绩效考核，阐述LH医院绩效考核的执行过程。通过主基二元法和核心岗位绩效考核模型的运用，论证基于主基二元法的KPI绩效考核模型的科学性、合理性和可执行性，为事业单位绩效考核工作提供新路径。
