2012年10月19日，中科院福建物质结构研究所牵头承担的国家重大科学研究计划项目“化石资源转化用新型高效纳米催化材料与结构研究”课题总结验收会在福州举行。验收组专家包括北京化工大学段雪院士、国家基金委化学科学部陈荣研究员等，项目组织单位和项目首席科学家洪茂椿院士、项目课题负责人、主要学术骨干、项目承担单位科技管理部门等40多人参加了会议。

结合耗散结构系统理论、资源熵理论与利益相关者理论的基础上给出了利益相关者资源系统（SRS, Stakeholder Resource System）的定义，从资源熵视角分析了企业复杂系统（ECS,Enterprise Complex System）的可持续发展的模型，还分析了利益相关者资源系统的可持续发展的模型，最后结合上述分析研究了ECS 与SRS 协调可持续发展的模型。
11月13日下午，由会计学院学术实践部主办的第八届学术文化节王国樑先生专场讲座在沙河校区4号楼107教室 举行。本次讲座以“中石油产融结合”为主题，邀请了中国石油总会计师王国樑先生担任主讲嘉宾。会计学院院长孟焰教授、党总支书记孟雪老师出席了本次活动。
