逻辑是人类认知和交流的基本手段，因此逻辑动态系统的分析与控制是认识和改造世界的根本工具之一。此前针对逻辑系统的分析与综合缺乏合适的数学工具，本报告首先介绍基于矩阵半张量积的代数状态空间方法，并对逻辑动态系统分析与控制理论作简要回顾，进一步汇报我们在逻辑动态系统方面近期的研究进展。

本文基于TEI@I理论框架，提出了适用于港口物流货运复杂系统的TEI@I的综合集成预测模型，并基于环渤海三大港口青岛港、天津港和大连港集装箱吞吐量数据,预测和分析了TEI@I的港口物流货运量的集成预测理论框架的各部分。预测结果表明，基于TEI@I集成预测模型的效果远远优于单独模型的预测结果，方向变化统计量(Dstat)的评价结果从65%-75%提高到了90%以上，对主要决策者方向性的判断更有实际意...
