基于工程管理硕士专业学位的本质特征，采用问卷调查法、综合分析法对我国工程管理硕士（MEM）专业学位教育现状进行分析。各培养单位在培养目标及学位论文选题方面要求明确，体现了“大工程”管理的思想，能结合自身学科优势努力办出特色，但在考生报考条件要求、课程设置、培养环节等方面还存在一些问题。在借鉴国内外工程管理硕士办学经验的基础上，提出加强工程管理硕士专业学位建设的对策。
