浙江省针灸学会于1979年11月30日成立，原为隶属于中华中医药学会浙江分会的二级学会。1986年4月，经省卫计委、省科协、省民政厅批准，晋升为一级学会，是全国第一个晋升为一级学会的省级针灸学会。现为第六届理事会：由方剑乔担任会长，宣丽华、阮步青、金肖青、姚新苗、陈华德担任副会长，陈华德兼任秘书长，林咸明担任副秘书长。
